The mission of the East Carter High School Library Media Center is simple… "to create a stimulating learning environment that challenges our students to seek and critically examine information while applying it to their lives in order to become independent lifelong learners." The welcoming environment is conducive to learning and appropriate resources are provided to encourage academic and recreational use by the entire school community.
